School Year Registration Information


**Please contact the office cgpac1@gmail.com if you are interested in registering for any classes.  Registration requires approval for all classes as of October 1st.


We have new procedures for registration, entering and exiting the building, taking class, and making payments. Please read the brochure THOROUGHLY to make sure you are informed and compliant.

 

1. View/Print/Pick Up a brochure and registration form.  The online version can be picked up outside CGPAC, or downloaded to your desktop, saved, and printed for your convenience. School year registration will occur IN-PERSON, directions for making a reservation to register are at the end of these instructions.
  
  • The process for registration has changed.  For opening weekend, it will be spread out through 3 rooms, streamlined to minimize contact, and no more than 6 people (staff and customers) will be in any room at once.  Some steps will utilize technology instead of being face to face, and the whole process should take 15-20 minutes.  It is incredibly important to have all of your questions answered before your appointment. Email CGPAC1@gmail.com if you would like to discuss placement, class schedules, or other concerns. Your placement postcard should arrive by Monday, July 20th.  If it has not arrived at that time, please email after Monday afternoon, and we will get your information. 

2. Please view this orientation video of new in-person class procedures.  Class maximums will be firm to ensure that each student will have at least 50 sq.ft. of personal space at all times.

4. Returning students will get a placement postcard in the mail. If you don't receive it by Monday, July 20th, please email and we will look up your placement for you. Ask if you need help with class placement for a new genre of dance.

5. Before coming to registration, submit the new updated CGPAC Student Liability Waiver online through this link.  And check off on your registration form that you have completed this step. This is for all students in any type of class. Everyone submitting registration after June 10th, 2020 needs this updated waiver. If you filled it out for summer, then you are up to date!

6. Register!
  • Returning Families from Spring/Summer 2020 will make an appointment on SignUpGenius to register IN PERSON. 
  • All forms must be printed and have a real signature. 
  • General Registration for all families begins W-Th July 29th-30th 4-7 pm. Registration will be closed from July 31st-August 10th.  Appointments for August will be posted in August. Please register in person to ensure proper placement, review the handbook, and have questions answered. Registration continues during office hours through the start of classes.

7. Dancewear and shoes - We have re-opened CG Dancewear on a minimal basis. In general, we are open Mondays all day, and Tuesday/Thursday afternoons.  Look for announcements!

9. Register on this site to get our newsletter emails! Click on the "sign up now" button in the top right corner on a desktop or under "contact us" on a mobile device.  This is how we send out all pertinent information, we need to have you sign up for these newsletters with your current email. If you have others who should get these emails (your teen dancer, nanny, grandparent, etc) please add them through this site.  This "email list" through the website has nothing to do with the registration system.  Only the email you wrote on your registration form will be used for the registration system unless you request we add other emails to your account.

Voice and Piano Lessons 
Individual lessons are being scheduled the rest of summer. 
Students can take one or two lessons per week. Voice lessons will remain on Zoom, Piano will have options of in person or Zoom. Email for available slots.

*School year schedules will be posted soon!  If you are going through dance registration and want to take voice or piano, please add it to your form and we will get a slot assigned to you!

Monday: 9:30-11:00 am, 4:00-8:30 pm
Tuesday: 1:00-2:30 pm, 4:00-8:30 pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 9:30-11:00 am, 4:15-8:30 pm
Friday: 4:00-6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Sunday: 6:30-8:00 pm
