Training and Performance Highlights

  • Kelsey has studied all types of dance at CGPAC since age 3, as well as piano and voice training.
  • At Cary-Grove, she was a member of the Cary-Grove Swing Choir, musicals (Cinderella, Anything Goes, 9 to 5), and Jazz Choir.
  • While at Ball State, Kelsey was a teacher's assistant for various tap, jazz, musical theatre, and music theory classes, which allowed her to pursue her love for teaching throughout college.
  • Various training:
    • MPulse Musical Theatre Intensive at the University of Michigan
    • Summer training with the Radio City Rockettes
    • Rent (featured dancer/ensemble), Illinois All-State Musical

Personal

After graduating from college, Kelsey moved home and is teaching dance, choreographing for CG Swing Choir, and spending time with her family. When not dancing, she and her cat Ronny are plotting to take over the world, and watching The Office.

To educate children and adults about the arts, develop their skills as well as their self-esteem, have fun, and give students practical skills for life.

 School Year Hours (Sept-May when classes are in session)

Monday: 9:30-11:00 am, 4:00-8:30 pm
Tuesday: 1:00-2:30 pm, 4:00-8:30 pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 9:30-11:00 am, 4:15-8:30 pm
Friday: 4:00-6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Sunday: 6:30-8:00 pm

 Summer Hours Vary (Generally closed Fri/Sa/Sun, Please Call for M-Th hours)
