Get ready for Winter Wonderland!

With November comes the sprint to winter recitals! Over this month, you will receive information about costumes, tickets, rehearsals, and so many other details.
If you have not read through the recital brochure, or have any other questions please visit the Winter Wonderland Recital Info page on CGPAC.com. As we send out more details over the next month, we will always update that so you have answers all in one place! When in doubt, visit the recital page and the answer/link is probably there!

Winter Wonderland Souvenir Recital Items:
Don't miss out on getting your 25th Anniversary Winter Wonderland 2023 recital t-shirt! Names of all performers will be on the back.
Our coordinating artificial flower bouquet with a printed "Winter Wonderland CGPAC 2023" ribbon makes a great post recital gift and collectible souvenir.
Both items are discounted if you order by Saturday, November 11th.
Ordering options:
To pay by cash, check, or CGPAC account credit: Print the form from the "Recital - Winter 2023" page, or get one from the studio! Turn in to the front desk with payment or circle CGPAC account credit (this is different than credit card, for credit card see #2).
To pay with DSP saved payment type (credit card with 3% fee or checking with 1% fee): Open your DSP app, click register for classes, then recital items, and "enroll" each student for the correct item(s). Pay through the app. You will see each item listed in "Classes" under the corresponding student after you complete payment.

Dress Rehearsal Conflicts: 12/4 - 12/8
Rehearsal Schedule: Dress rehearsals are mandatory; you MUST attend. A detailed dress rehearsal schedule will be posted by Nov. 27th. It will be emailed and posted on the recital page once finalized.
Before we can make this rehearsal schedule, we need to collect information from you regarding any absolutely inflexible conflicts your performer has during dress rehearsal week. This means school concerts, competitions, etc. It does not mean swim lessons, or other things they CAN miss if needed, and if you CAN pick them up from school please don't list bus as a reason to not get here. Please help us out and pick up from school that one day if possible instead of submitting a conflict.
*Remember that every dance will have:
ONE dress rehearsal at CGPAC on EITHER M 12/4, Tu 12/5, or W 12/6 between 4:00-8:30 pm.
AND
ONE dress rehearsal on stage at CGHS on EITHER Th 12/7 OR F 12/8 between 3:45-8:30 pm.
While we would love to work around every swim lesson, basketball practice, and scout meeting, we just can't. We have to prioritize school sponsored events. If you have anything for us to work around, please fill out this

Have you submitted your costume measurements? We are trying to assign winter costumes and need your child's sizes, and we will also need to order spring costumes next month! Please do it today if you haven't. We need by Sunday!
Recital Help Needed: Our volunteer signups will happen thru the DSP app this year. You will then be able to sign up to help at rehearsals and performances. Please look at your schedule and decide which show(s) you want to help at and which you want to sit to watch. We really need everyone to pitch in and help in some way. Look for a separate email next week once these jobs are posted!
Days off of school: As a reminder, we DO have class on Veteran's Day and institute days. With the recital coming up it is important that you do not miss class! The exception to this scheduling rule is during make-up week.

Make-up Week Nov. 19th-25th:
If CGPAC canceled a class, you will have a make-up class scheduled either before or during make-up week (will be posted and emailed out in mid-November). No other classes will meet unless your teacher has rescheduled.
Note that ALL SUNDAY and MONDAY CLASSES WILL MEET 11/19 and 11/20 - this makes up for not meeting on Labor Day. (No regular classes Nov 21-25, only make-ups). Classes resume Sunday, Nov. 26th.
