Costumes

In order to assign costumes for the Winter Recital, and to get started with ordering for Spring Recital, we need your student's measurements. We would like to have you take these at home so we don't have to spend class time taking the measurements in person.

This needs to be completed by October 20th!

For full information about your student's costumes for Winter Wonderland, please click below. This will show you what you need to provide, what we will provide for them, and how their hair should be styled for performances.

Now available!

COSTUME RETURN INFORMATION:

Any costumes that you borrowed from us need to be returned to CGPAC on Monday 12/16 or Tuesday 12/17 between 4-7 pm.

Please do NOT wash your costumes - we will take care of it!

Conflict Form

In order to work around important school events, we will make a conflict google form available for things like school concerts, school basketball game, etc. Rehearsal days and times will be planned around these school event conflicts. Please only fill out a conflict form for things you absolutely cannot miss.
Example: School choir concert? Turn it in. Dentist appointment? Please change it.
Again, these rehearsals will be MANDATORY and assigned according to conflicts that are turned in. Thank you in advance for doing what you can to prioritize dance that week so we can have a successful performance weekend!

T-Shirts and Flowers

This year, t-shirts and souvenir flower orders can be done through Dance-Studio Pro. To place your order, click on "Register for Classes" in your DSP account.

Tickets

Tickets are general admission, and will be sold starting in late November. You have not prepaid for any tickets, therefore you will need a ticket for any show you want to sit and watch. You will not need a ticket when you are working at a show. At this point there will not be a limit on tickets.
$22 for adults (college thru senior citizen)
$10 for children (age 3 - high school)

Tickets can be purchased in person at CGPAC or at any of the rehearsals/performances (cash/check payments), or you can pay through the DSP app (for card payments).

Class Resource Grid

Please use this grid to see more information for each of your students' classes: which cast they're in, music for their recital dance, and links to their Vimeo videos (rehearsals and choreography videos).

Volunteers

At registration, we had you sign up for your volunteer shifts. If is vital that all families help in order to keep our students safe and keep the shows organized and efficient. Parents of students in level 3 and under will be asked to chaperone one of the winter or spring performances for their shift. Parents of older students will be asked to usher, sell tickets, etc.

If you did NOT sign up at registration, we will reach out to you ASAP to get that scheduled. Please click the link below to see what shifts are still available!

Don't want to volunteer during the show??

Sign up for flower assembly, costume washing, or selling tickets during dress rehearsals!
